30-night guarantee

We want your kid to love Night Game. If they don’t, you have 30 nights from the day your pair arrives to request a full refund. Email hello@wearnightgame.com and we’ll walk you through it.

Pre-order cancellations

Because Night Game is sold on pre-order, you can cancel any time before your pair ships for a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Returns

For post-delivery returns under the 30-night guarantee, we’ll provide return instructions by email. Items should be returned in reusable condition where possible — but a kid being a kid won’t void your guarantee.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your call.
