Orders & pre-orders

Night Game products are currently sold on a pre-order basis. Placing a pre-order reserves your pair and authorizes payment; estimated ship windows are estimates, not guarantees. We’ll keep you updated and you may cancel for a full refund any time before your pair ships.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we’ll refund you in full.

Product information & claims

Night Game glasses are eyewear and recovery accessories — not medical devices. We make no medical or health claims about sleep or vision. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; colors and renders may vary slightly from the final product.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Night Game name, logo, copy, and images — is owned by us and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Game is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
